We hope you are very happy with your purchase from Natural Talisman. 

- If, for any reason you are not, please follow the steps below. 

- We will do our best to help. In the first instance please email us within 7 days of receiving your item. 

- Please state if you wish to simply return an item or if there is a problem with it, what this is. We will then contact you to arrange return and refund, exchange or replacement.

Returning your items


- If a refund, exchange or replacement is agreed, you must return your order to us in its original condition and in its original wrapping

- this must be received by us within 14 days of any refund, exchange or replacement being agreed, as above. 

- Please use a secure method of postage when returning unwanted or faulty items so that we can trace it. The item remains the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. 

- Once received in good condition we will process your refund, or arrange an exchange or replacement, as applicable.


Processing your refund, exchange or replacement 


- If an item is faulty or damaged we will (at our discretion) refund the postal cost of returning the item to us. Postage and packaging (P&P) will not be charged to you for sending out the replacement item. 

- Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange or replacement if you do not contact us first (as above), or if the items are not received by us within the stated times. 

- All refunds will be processed via the same method as payment; where payment was originally made using PayPal, then any fees levied by Paypal on the refund transaction will also be deducted from the amount due to the customer. 

- Regardless of payment method, any P&P charges on the original order will be deducted from the final amount due to the customer. 


Returns from outside the US:


- If you live outside the US, then in addition to the above conditions of return, we must ask you to also: 

- Clearly state on the return customs from that the item is 'returned goods'. This will prevent customs charges being applied when the goods are returned to us. If you do not do this, any customs charges will be deducted from the amount due back to you.

- Once we receive the goods back in good condition we will process the refund as above.



If you change your mind: 


- If you change your mind about your purchase before you have received it, please contact us. If the item has already been dispatched please arrange return of the item as soon as it arrives with you. Refunds will be processed as above, once we have received it back in good condition. If the item has not yet been despatched by us, then (at our discretion) we may be able to process a full refund. 

- If you have chosen to exchange an item, P&P will be charged on the replacement item, in the same way as a new purchase. 

- Certain items such as "Original Works" may not be returnable and this will be clearly stated within the item’s description.
